I’ve personally experienced over 30-vintages of Penfolds Bin red wines and worked for them in Australia for ten wonderful years 1985-1995. No one in NZ knows these wines better than I do, has been exposed to so many vintages or whose business has been at the forefront of championing them to the top of the shopping list for so many red wine drinkers.

FWDC Cellar Journal – Four of “Australia’s most collectable wines”

You may have noticed that you have not received a Cellar Journal for a couple of weeks.  After careful reflection, rather than a regular weekly Cellar Journal, I’m now only issuing them when I have very special wines that I simply must offer you.

This week I’ve gotten my hands on four of Australia’s greatest wines; all are included in Australia’s Langton’s Classification of Australian Wine, the definitive list of Australia’s most collectable wines.  They’re only available in limited quantities to the first to reply, I expect that they’ll sell out quickly over the next few days.
